Nakshatra Events was founded in 2012 in Vijayawada by Harish Ravva. Today the studio runs out of six locations — Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag, Coimbatore and Singapore — and has delivered over 3,500 events across corporate, cultural, civic, private and wedding briefs.

Nakshatra Events began in 2012 as a small operation in Vijayawada with a simple proposition: an event should feel like a place, not a programme. That instinct shaped the studio's first weddings, then its first corporate engagements, and eventually the multi-format production house we are today.
Our work spans brand launches, dealer meets, leadership offsites and annual conventions for enterprise clients; cultural festivals, civic ceremonies and government engagements at city scale; multi-day luxury weddings and intimate family celebrations. Each brief runs through the same playbook — clear narrative, designed environment, rigorous production. The room changes; the standard does not.
We're building Nakshatra to be the studio that enterprise brands, governments and private clients call when the event has to land — first time, on the day, on the record. We measure ourselves not by scale alone, but by repeat business, NPS, and the quality of the work that gets photographed and remembered.
We treat creative direction, production discipline and on-day execution as a single craft. Our mission is to keep the standard consistent across every format we work in — corporate, cultural, civic, private and wedding — and to keep raising the floor for what good events look like in South India.

2012
Harish Ravva starts Nakshatra Events with a small founding team. The first year is intimate weddings and small-format social gatherings — built end-to-end, learnt the hard way.

2015–2018
Long-term partnerships begin with brands and venues — Novotel, PVS Group, MMN and others — formalising a corporate-events practice alongside the wedding business. Annual conventions, dealer meets and brand activations become a steady part of the calendar.

2019–2022
Offices open in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizag and Coimbatore. The studio grows to 15+ across leadership, operations, production, photography and franchise — and starts taking destination briefs from each city.

2023
A Singapore office opens, anchoring the international presence. The same year, the studio is recognised for floral décor at the APCEI Excellence Awards — the first of three industry awards in two years.

2024 · Today
The studio crosses 3,500 events delivered, picks up Best Haldi Organiser at ICEI Singapore, and is invited to organise the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh's taking-charge ceremony in Vijayawada — the largest civic engagement in the studio's history.
A director-level producer is on every brief from first conversation to wrap. There are no account-management hand-offs and no junior-only event days.
Corporate, brand, cultural, civic, private and wedding — built on a single production standard. The format changes; the rigour doesn't.
Floral, set and lighting work that reads in a ballroom, a mandap, a stadium concourse or a heritage palace. The same studio, the same hand, every time.
Production calendars, vendor contracts, rehearsals and timed cue sheets. Quiet rigour behind events that look effortless because they aren't.
Tradition treated as a living craft — temple motifs, regional florals and hometown stories woven into modern set design, not pasted onto it.
NDAs, secure access lists and quiet crews for VVIP, family and confidential briefs. Discretion is part of the standard, not an upgrade.
